The governors of this happy and friendly Roman Catholic primary school would like to appoint an exceptional, committed and practising Roman Catholic Headteacher to lead us into the next stage of our development. We have high quality and committed staff, students who want to learn and an excellent reputation. We are looking for an inspirational leader who will love the children and lead the staff to excel. We are keen to appoint a leader who will ensure that St Patrick’s School will continue to provide a broad curriculum, rooted in Gospel Values and someone who appreciates the positive impact a wealth of extra-curricular opportunities has on our students.
Our students are loving, caring and welcoming to all. When they were asked what they felt were the most important qualities they wanted from their Headteacher they responded with the following:
“We want our Headteacher to be caring, helpful, kind-hearted, patient, fair and inclusive. We want someone who is funny, intelligent, creative and imaginative and they should enjoy sports and music. We would like our Head Teacher to be a good role model to us and this would mean they are responsible, organised, inspirational and respectful. We want them to be committed to keeping our school’s excellent reputation”
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and actively encouraged and can be arranged on a Thursday when the Chair of Governors, Mrs Philippa Mulgrew will be available to guide prospective applicants around school and answer questions.
